I’ve managed hundreds of individuals, from ICs to Directors, and I offer a caring, supportive, and honest perspective to our conversations, helping them overcome obstacles the next step in their career. Additionally, I provide UX consulting that includes interview preparation and job search support, focusing on enhancing UX leadership and strategy, as well as guiding individuals through UX research.

I am available for interim UX leadership roles to cover leaves of absence and leadership searches. As an experienced Director in User Experience, I have managed teams of 125+ people across multiple disciplines and job functions.
